Kings Road Store: Mondays at 6.30pm- Gymbox's Contortion Yoga
Wednesdays at 6.30pm- Gymbox's Badass

Covent Garden Store: Tuesdays at 8pm- Gymbox's Badass
Wednesdays at 8pm- Izzy's Hardcore HIIT

All classes are free, just turn up around 10-15mins before the start of the class to get booked in as we operate on a first come first served basis.
