Smaller class today, which meant more space, more focus, and the perfect opportunity to switch things up a little ✨

I love moments like this because they allow me to really tune into my clients’ needs, slow things down where needed, and challenge them in new ways. So today we flowed into a Pilates fusion session — blending strength, control, balance, and a little extra burn 🔥

These are the sessions where you really feel the difference… more connection, more intention, and more progress. So proud of everyone for showing up and embracing something a bit different 💛

Who said you can’t have the shake while doing Mat Pilates? Mat Pilates is being underrated in ours days with many new forms of “ Pilates”. To make accurate mouvements and using the correct muscles while doing an exercice it can take time, months and sometimes years. Having a shake while stretching could come from different reasons. Muscles fatigue, isometric holds, weak stabilise muscles and neuromuscular coordination ( the brain is learning new mouvement patterns, this learning process is show up as a trembling) 💕
