Hello from St. Lucia! 🌴
My recent juicing workshop inspired me to make a smoothie and blend something delicious. I was demonstrating how juicing is better than blending for nutrients, but we also made some smoothies - and they were fabulous!
So after my swim, I grabbed my Nutribullet and made this:
🥥 Coconut water
🍈 Melon
🌿 Turmeric
🌶️ Cayenne pepper
It’s so refreshing and great for boosting your metabolism first thing in the morning. Add cinnamon if you have it - even better! 💚
