Happy Monday from our Small corner of Hackney. 💓 We're passionate about movement and its healing properties. This is a space for you to truly connect with your body through Pilates. We are here to help you reconnect to your nervous system, to breathe fully into the body, to hydrate the muscles and mobilise the joints. We hope this becomes a place of safety for your body to perform. Pilates is more than just exercise. Come to Small and truly tune in.

STILL coming down from an epic open day last Saturday, where we also celebrated six whole months of Small. We met over a hundred of you. We hoped you had as much fun as we did! I'm so so proud of my team for going above and beyond all day. We also had my brother on FOH 🥹 and iced coffees from for post pilates draaaanks. More to come but here's a little snippet of what went down. 💖

Look at our gorgeous Teresa who has just finished one of our 4 week beginner reformer courses. We are loving seeing the awareness build week on week as our clients tune into their bodies and hold themselves so confidently as they move through beginner classical repertoire.

February brings new group classes to the weekly timetable! We have TWO Mat classes added to the weekly schedule: Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. In addition to two Pilates for Runners classes starting late Feb. Our beloved Antonia will be teaching her last classes of the month on the 3rd Feb, as she takes to the stage (!) for performing roles and also taking a well deserved break. So we welcome Lucia and Marika to step in for her this month. See you all soon! ❤️⭐️
