The shoulder muscles are called DELTOIDS and they have 3 heads. The Front head (Anterior Deltoid) Mid Head (Medial Deltoid) and Rear Head (Posterial Deltoid).
In this Tutorial we demonstrate 3 great exercises for targeting the front part of the shoulders (Anterior Deltoid).

HOW TO BUILD STRENGTH using a resistance band 💪🏽

The 3 compound exercises are:
1. Bench Press
2. Deadlift
3. Squat
A Compound movement is a movement that utilises multiple muscle groups at once.

Compound movements can be very effective for building strength, especially when going heavy and operating within a low rep range (1 - 5 reps).

Adding a resistance band into the mix gradually increases the resistance throughout the lift and is fantastic for helping you get past platues and sticky patches.
