Do you like chicken breasts? I most certainly don't, unless I prepare them... In a special way!😉
Marinading relatively dry meat, such as chicken breasts, in water and salt for 24 hours (has to be kept in the fridge) tenderisers it and keeps it succulent, even after cooking it for up to 45 minutes on high heat (around 200°) in a casserole dish🤓.
Next time you feel like having a takeaway chicken, instead of giving in to that craving, pop in your local store, buy some chicken breasts, marinade them in water and salt and enjoy the mouthwatering taste of slightly salty and tender chicken breasts, with a side of your choice or on their own.🤤
