Spring, summer, autumn, winter and spring again. Even the most difficult situations can be made into memorable moments. This is my office. With snow on the ground It may need some work on the heating, but it is fresh.
From here I have seen hours of people practicing at home. People like "Alien bunny", "Alien horsey" "kung fu tiger", "Connecting to audio", and "[......] insert here ".
My wonderful students have been so generous to let me into their homes. And spend time with me to practice their martial art techniques. Some have been training so well, they are starting to look like Avenger super heroes!
In a year of isolation, I've kept company with some truly decent, witty and dedicated people! My thanks goes to them all!

These are my Masters words, and his Master before him. Calm your mind, centre yourself, practice unremittingly!
