There’s something so lovely about unrolling the mats again… 🧡

After a beautiful summer break, I’m so ready to see my home studio sanctuary come alive again — filled with familiar faces, movement, breath, laughter and that beautiful sense of community. ✨

Coming back to the mat. Coming back to our space. Coming back together. 🙏🏽

Weekly classes return tomorrow and I can’t wait to welcome you back — and welcome some new faces into our community too. If you’re keen to join, simply send me a message. 🧡

Taking a small pause this March. 🧡✨

I am offering few intimate Rest & Restore Mini Retreats — a gentle afternoon designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and give your body and mind the rest they truly need.

Together we’ll move through yoga, breathwork and deep rest practices to help calm the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and nourished.

✨ Two dates available:
14 March (Mums and Teens)
15 March
22 March

Spaces are intentionally limited so the experience remains personal and relaxed.

If you feel the call to rest, I would love to hold the space for you.

Teenage years can feel full-on, school pressure, exams, busy minds, changing bodies and emotions.
Yoga offers teenagers a space to slow down, breathe and reconnect with themselves.
Through movement, breath and simple mindfulness, yoga can support focus, confidence, emotional regulation and stress management, tools they can carry into school and everyday life.

While my regular classes are in full swing,
Saturdays 10:30am
Sundays 11am

I’m grateful to be holding this space for teens at , Northcote Road.
Saturday afternoons 2:30pm
A calm, supportive class where they can move, reset and simply be themselves 🧡

When the practice feels playful, the heart feels light ✨

Practice becomes powerful when we soften into it.
Classes are back, the schedule is full, and the studio feels alive again.
So grateful for this shared space and journey.

If starting (or returning to) your yoga practice, I’d love to welcome you - a few spaces remain across the week (website link in the bio) 🧡
