The classes will focus on learning tricks and movements with one or more hoops, learning to move with the hoop and flow from trick to trick so that you can put your various skills together into a routine

Hula Hooping will enable you to:

Improve your physical fitness, cardio ability and stamina
Increase core strength and tone abdominal muscles
Increase flexibility
learn a great exercise routine

that you can take with you anywhere

I also work as a personal trainer so if you have any other fitness related questions i am happy to help
