Here are my 5 simple and effective Southpaw combinations. Notice for most these combos I’m moving to my outside (to the right) or moving my head outside, this is to set up my left hand and to evade orthodox right hand.

An orthodox boxer can use these combos the same way against a southpaw too

A disappointing weekend in Glasgow, unfortunately we did not get to showcase our hard efforts and talent, to finish off this season. The Lonsdale Box cup was total chaos from start to finish, extremely disorganised, which eventually led to the competition being cancelled and the organiser legging it out of the venue!

Thanks for all your support and donations to help our boxers make it to this trip, we are forever grateful hopefully we can make it up next season. Well done to all our boxers for maintaining high spirits!
