Movement For The Feminine our weekly women’s class with Francesca Filippa on Wednesday evenings is evolving and expanding! 🌹

Tomorrow, Wed 26th August at 6.15pm will be the last weekly circle before it becomes a somatic movement class for the female body starting September at the slightly later time of 6.30pm.

AND our beloved ritual circle is growing into a monthly gathering on Friday evenings to give it the space and depth deserves and you all have been asking for!

Reminder of our Cacao and Sacred Grief Portal on the 25th of July at ✨

Some grief arrives through loss. Other grief lives quietly in the dreams we never lived, the words left unspoken, and the versions of ourselves we’ve had to leave behind.

This Cacao & Sacred Grief Portal is an invitation to meet those tender places with compassion.
Through the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial cacao, meditative yoga, mantra, chanting and guided reflection, we’ll create a safe space to soften, feel, release and reconnect with ourselves 🤍

This is not about fixing what hurts. It is about honouring what is present, allowing the body to speak, and discovering that healing begins when we give ourselves permission to feel.

You don’t need to have lost someone dear to join. Grief shows up in so many forms: the loss of a part of ourselves, a relationship, a dream we let go of, a version of who we used to be.

We’ll open with cacao, move through some deep, meditative yoga to release what the body’s been holding, and weave it all together with mantra and chant.
