As a muma taking time for yourself is so important as then we can recharge for our baba’s. I feel fitness has helped me so much. I teach mums and babas classes and do one2one PT sessions ❤️

A decade ago, I had the privilege of producing my own night with . It was incredible to see alumni guide current students and bring their choreography to life. Some of these pieces went on to achieve great things, including . There's nothing quite like seeing people grow and find their passion. Already missing this time, but grateful for the memories. Thanks to everyone who made it happen, you're amazing! and all the brilliant dancers and choreographers ❤️❤️❤️

What a year you have been…

I became a Mummy to a beautiful, gentle , cheeky soul. She has brought me so much love and joy. I’m very lucky to be your mummy. Thank you for choosing me.

Thank you to all my amazing friends, family and glorious people I have met on this mad but wonderful journey.

Thank you to and for keeping me sane and letting me team teach with my new partner in crime so much love. Life definitely looks different ❤️
