The real deal? 0.7g-1g per pound of bodyweight. That's it. No fancy math, no starving yourself. Just enough to fix those beat-up muscles after you yeet yourself off the pull-up bar.

But here's the kicker: most people either way overdo it or totally ghost protein like it's their ex.

Wanna hack it? Eggs. Chicken. Greek yogurt. Boom. Done. No lab-made powder required (unless you're into that).
