A week in Berlin with the F45 team at Hyrox. 🇩🇪

Was great chatting to so many athletes at our recovery booth and sharing the excitement around what F45 could bring to Berlin in the future.

Also grateful for the chance to spend time with friends and colleagues I don’t see nearly enough. Managed to squeeze in a couple of races with too. 🚀

Incredible venue, incredible atmosphere and an incredible city.

First of all, that heat was stacked. UK competition is no joke right now. That alone is a drive to keep getting better. 📈

Gutted for my brother going down on the sled pull. I know how much this one meant.
Had to switch it up early and bring it home for the both of us.
1:01 on the board. We’ll take that and build from there bro 🤝🏿

We’ll take best dressed in the heat at least. 😅

Thank you to everyone who supported us. We felt every bit of it. ❤️

PB didn’t come this time, but that’s part of the game.

Had the pleasure of leading the warm up with Big John, before rolling out into groups for a trot to the venue where we got to watch some of the world’s best race.

Coming off another productive week of training, leading into a lower volume week in preparation for Hyrox Glasgow on the 12/03. Excited to get back out there and test the current fitness levels. 📈
