Hi Everyone,

Today, I’d like to share this post with you all. I hope it’s helpful.

5 Reasons Why Everyone Should Dance every day!!!

What dance truly is? Can everyone dance even if we are nondancers or have two left feet? Or no sense of rhythm?

Dance is a universal language. It is the most primitive part of the human being. Only through dance can we reach the freedom of our self-expression. Dance is the direct access to the joy within and it is the way to express who we truly are…

Dance is for everyone, anyone, at any age, and all stages in life. There are no specific rules about when and how someone should dance, it is something that truly is instilled in every one of us, as another way for us to express ourselves.

So, Here are 5 reasons why everyone should get the soul moving in their feet and start dancing today:

🔹1 Dancing is a primary need.
Research shows that dance is just as important as Breathing! Dance develops concentration levels and increases focus through movement. It also strengthens the connectivity between both cerebral hemispheres. It promotes good listening and comprehension skills. It's considered a primary need, as it plays a crucial part of a well-balanced life.

🔹2 Dancing will increase your self-confidence.
Dance is simply the connexion of the body motion (Expression of your heart) with the rhythm of the music. Dancing is the essence of our nature. If you ask a child to dance, they often will move immediately to the music. So, why do so many adults find it impossible to dance? The main reasons come down to fear: self-consciousness and a judgmental mindset, only by facing our fears can we overcome them.

🔹3 Dance has been scientifically proven to reduce levels of cortisol caused by chronic stress. It also causes the brain to release dopamine – a natural mood booster, and endorphins. Dancing benefits your overall health and wellness.

🔹4 Dancing expands the body's motion and flexibility.
It’s a great way to stay in shape and improve the strength of your heart and lungs, and psychological well-being. The strength and endurance gained through dancing will help keep your energy levels high, and tone and strengthen your body throughout!

🔹5 Dance unlocks creativity. When dancing the mind switches off and the senses switch on which allows the 3 dimensions (body, mind, and soul) of your being to align and your creativity to flow. In other words, dancing freely gives you access to the flow state.

Here are my 10 days Dance Challenge I’d like to share with you to help you build the habit to dance and experience all the benefits you can get from it. Here it is:

Once a day.
1/ Pick up any song you like
2/ Move randomly (however you feel) all along the song. If you feel like it, you can do it longer
3/ Repeat each day. Be consistent, you don’t want to miss a day!!

Some more directions
Promote more movement wherever you feel stiff, which will help release the tension, and free the motion.
Also, this exercise can be very challenging, see another option for step number 2: you can move your Head, hands, or feet to the music how you feel it and eventually close your eyes.

Let’s go !!
Don’t wait any longer play some music and dance!! And see for yourself how it improves your mental health, fitness, and body motion.
Please share your experience with this dance challenge and comment below.

5 Reasons Why Everyone Should Dance
‘’Why walk when you can dance?’’

What is dance? Can we all dance? And how can dance be accessible to everyone and
anyone?
Dance is considered to be a form of communication, a universal language that can be
expressed through movement, sound, rhythm, beat and most importantly, the freedom of
self-expression. Around the world, dance has been a huge part of rituals, celebrations and
human culture.
Dance really is a way for us to express who we truly are…
Dance is for everyone, anyone, at any age and at all stages in life. There are no specific rules
about when and how someone should dance, it is something that truly is instilled in each
and every one of us, as another way for us to express ourselves.
So, why is dance so important and should everyone really take on dance? Here are 5
reasons why everyone should get the soul moving in their feet’s and start taking on dance

1. Dancing is a primary need.

Research shows that dance is just as important as Maths! Dance develops

2. Dancing will increase your self-confidence.

People often think that those with no rhythm should not and cannot dance. But
that’s false! Anyone can learn to dance by taking classes regularly. Dancing is natural.
If you ask a child to dance, they often will move immediately to the music. So, why
do so many find it impossible to dance? The main reasons come down to self-
consciousness and muscle memory. But the truth is, these will develop overtime!

3. Dancing increases the mind and body connection.

The physical movement you participate in while dancing is known to reduce stress,
anxiety and depression. It helps our mind and body to feel more connected and
classes encourage our social bonds, which are proven to uplift our mood and change
our overall state.

4. Dancing benefits your overall health and wellness.

Dancing is the best way to keep active, healthy and fit! It offers an endless amount of
benefits on your overall health and wellbeing, as it’s a great way to stay in shape and
improve the strength of your heart and lungs, and psychological wellbeing. The
