Ever seen this sign as you come into the gym and wondered what to do if you need help? 🆘🚨

Tom is showing you all our red help points! If you train during our unstaffed times, just press one of these points and someone from the CCTV team will be happy to assist.

Throughout the gym, we have 6 emergency help points:
- As you come through the double doors on the right.
- To the right of the speedgates as you come through.
- In the free weights area.
- In the functional area.
- Up the top of stairs.
- In the light lifting area upstairs.

We are here to keep you safe 24/7!

Unfortunately, we had to ask these 3 members to leave for being in footwear that wasn't exactly appropriate for the gym 👀

Please remember to come dressed appropriately so that we can help to keep your gym safe. Jeans, crocs, sliders etc are not safe by gym standards 😜🩴
