It has been long time since I enjoy my tea and reading in a garden with good weather 😅

But I have to admit that little things like this make me very happy.

Having the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful and calm moment for myself has got me speechless as for the past 21 months I have been pretty buddy 😂

Today I am grateful for this moment and for the amazing weather.

🦜 Loro Parque 🦜

What an increíble day yesterday we had, Daniella enjoyed the visit to Loro parque, especially seeing the Killer whales' show (we ended soaked), lions and tiger.

The best part was sharing the experience with my 'twinnie' and her son.

No a doubt we will return to Tenerife and perhaps next time we are more people 🤪

Last day for us in the Island, last beach day before we going back to London 🥲

What a lovely time we are spending together in Tenerife. No a doubt that it was the craziest decision but it worth every second

💚🤍💚Andaluces levantaos 💚🤍💚

Día para celebrar en mi Andalucía querida, día que añoro cada año ya que por circunstancias no lo puedo pasar con mi gente pero… no significa que no esté orgullosa de mis raíces, mi cultura, mi gente, ese nose que que que se yo… el voy acalabuela, la tostá de aceite y azúcar, el gazpacho, el jamón, las gambas blancas, el pescaito, el olor a mar, las playas en invierno, la cultura… y un millón de cosas más que mi querida Andalucía tiene.

Que suerte haber nacido en Andalucía! Que suerte de ser andaluza… y que suerte que aunque esté muy al norte mi sur siempre me acompaña!

Por una Andalucía libre, España y la Humanidad!

Look back to see how far you’ve come🫧

Sometimes is very necessary to look back just to remind yourself how far you‘ve come, how many brave decisions you’ve taken and where you are now is not the place you’ll always be…

Sometimes we have to give ourselves more credit and trust our instincts even if we are not too sure about what is coming next or why we are having those thoughts…

I am a very impulsive person who trust my instincts whoever there isn’t always a good outcome, or let say not always things happen in the way I wanted but…
Ey! I learn and move on!

I’d love to be able to been as dedicated as I use to be with my fitness and nutrition but I am not in the right place right now so… I just let the things to flow and I am flowing with it

Just flow with the flow, love what you do and be happy with whatever you are doing because you just live once and it wouldn’t be good if you don’t enjoy what you do and feel miserable
