Well and truly into the new year now (2017) and time to get the ball rolling, so anyone in close proximity to Leyton/Leytonstone just get yourself down to Leyton 6th Form Centre (Essex Road) on a Monday night for a 7.00pm start in the Bodywise Circuit Master classes, or Wednesdays at 7.00pm at Leytonstone School (James Lane), for some great music and an even greater workout. Well Christmas and New year are over so time to get back to what we love best and that's back to giving our bodies some love and attention through exercise. My classes start back from Monday 9th January (7.00 - 8.00 pm) and Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.00 pm and they promise to be bigger and better than ever. I might even have some new jokes to share, so for those that love their bodies see you there (one or the other or if you are really crazy then both lol) but if you don't care about your bodies then don't worry about it (oooh guilt trip haha). Started the classes back and it was great to see everyone again, I have to say I admire all the people that continually come to the class showing complete dedication, I know it must be hard sometimes especially after a hard days work or if you have children to sort out and in some cases both. But don't tell any of the class that, I don't want them to think I'm going soft.
