The final phase. No shortcuts. No easy reps. 🥋🔥

Push-ups. Sit-ups. Jumping burpees. Every exercise was designed to test more than strength - it tested grit, resilience and the determination to keep going when every muscle wanted to stop.

Findley and Amari emptied the tank, pushed beyond their limits and proved that black belts aren’t given... they’re earned.

Power means nothing without control. This stage of the grading tested practical takedowns, effective break falls and the ability to react under pressure - using martial arts the way they’re designed to be used in the real world.

For years, Findley and Amari have committed themselves to the process, completing thousands of break falls to build the confidence, resilience and technique needed to protect themselves and others.

Every roll, every landing and every repetition has prepared them for moments like this.

Black belt isn’t about looking impressive - it’s about staying calm, thinking clearly and having the skill to move safely when it matters most.

This wasn’t built in a week. Or a month. It was forged through years of relentless training, discipline, resilience and determination.

Today, Findley and Amari stepped onto the mats and performed. Every movement had a purpose, every technique demanded precision and every detail mattered.

Proficiency. Timing. Control. Sound decision-making and the ability to apply martial arts effectively in real-life situations.

Hours became years. Repetitions became instinct. Challenges became opportunities to grow. Every correction, every setback and every breakthrough has led to this moment.

The standard is high because the responsibility is even higher - and today, they rose to the challenge with focus, composure and true martial spirit. 👊🏽💥
