Mental Health………. Iykyk

Mental health is not just about extreme situations.

Sometimes it’s the silent battles nobody notices.

The smile hiding stress.
The strong person quietly breaking down.
The person saying “I’m fine” when they are not.

I’ve personally seen people go through the least to the worst situations in life.

And honestly, I’ve gone through phases myself where mental strength was the only thing helping me move forward.

But one important thing I understood is this:

Not everyone has the same mental capacity to handle pain, pressure or loneliness.

That’s why kindness matters.

That’s why checking on people matters.

That’s why listening matters.

Because sometimes people are fighting battles you know nothing about.

And sometimes… all they need is one person who understands.

Life will test everyone differently.

So take care of your mind.
Protect your peace.
And never be ashamed to ask for help when life feels heavy.

Because being mentally tired does not make you weak.

It makes you human.….

What Vijay showed during this election was more than politics.

It was leadership.

Calm under pressure.
Silence during noise.
Belief during criticism.
Composure during controversy.

A few things this journey taught me:

• Not every opinion deserves your attention
• Not every allegation needs a reaction
• Purpose matters more than public noise
• The process matters as much as the result
• Real leaders don’t panic when pressure increases

In a world where everyone reacts instantly,
staying composed is a strength.

And sometimes… silence speaks louder than explanations.
