The Art Of Letting Go ๐
It is human nature to tightly hold onto things/experiences/people as any "situationships" that facilitate heightened perception of our existence can be easily mistaken by the body and and brain as a pleasure stimulant.

When we start creating "valid reasons" to continue certain behavious while deep down we feel, they rather hidner our growth, it is time to drop importance and let go.

Holding on, means also energetically depleting our senses and focus needed to create more of what we love.
๐
Delusion of a fear of change and pain keep us stack at places of our
body/mind/spirit where it feels safe.
๐
Embracing awareness of our current existence helps waking up from the delusion of a percieved impossible change.

I mean it all sounds good but how do we pull ourselves out of it?

๐น๏ธdo you feel less energy, motivation, focus...
๐น๏ธis your sleep replenishing enough?
๐น๏ธare you rumminating?
๐น๏ธprocrastinating?

Set your benchmark of how you ideally want to feel and check with yourself every morning.

Embodiment is the key to actually teach your body-mind-heart connection to be able to recalibrate your own being.

There are various methods out there that can achieve that.
Your role is to show up and do the work.
