Looking for an easy way to start the weekend? Join us for a relaxed 5km around Regent’s Park, followed by coffee:

Just look for the bright blue door on Parkway and come along 👋

A few things to know:
▶️ All paces welcome
▶️ Run the repeats at your own pace
▶️ Bag drop available

Total distance will be 5-6km depending on how many repeats you do... No pressure, just come and run your session!
