Run first, buns after!

We're back at GAIL's Camden Lock for a relaxed 5km, followed by coffee and buns.

Will Darnell make it on time? Will Krisie lead the cool-down? There’s only one way to find out… 👀

Congrats to everyone who joined and helped make it such a special day. And to the final few who threw down 50 miles on a random Saturday.

Worth every penny.

That strange bit where you’re not sure
whether you should still be running,
eating, stretching or just giving up.

Some were having a great time.
Some were having a rough time.

And some continued to run yards
in 35-38 minutes tops 🥵

There's a reason we splurged on a cowbell.
There are reasons our HQ is a pub.

6. For up to 12 hours
7. Which is fun
8. Until it's not
9. There will be banter
10. There will be sore legs
11. There was no entry fee
12. But we splurged on an £8.99 cowbell

Some photos from Saturday, plus a couple others, to say a BIG thank you to the people who turn up with good energy.

Who make new faces feel welcome. Who count the chairs, move the chairs, ask if they can help (and help anyway after I say “nah, just relax”).

Who stick around afterwards. Who notice the little things. Who quietly get involved and make things happen, even when they're not physically present.

It doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you.
