A calorie deficit isn’t all a client needs. Telling someone just eat in a calorie deficit is like telling someone who wants to get rich to spend less and earn more. What you need is a method to achieve the deficit, which is sustainable, fits in with your
lifestyle and also is the right amount.

For example too big of a deficit = low energy, poor mood. And to small deficit = slow progress, frustration with lack of results.

So the goal is to ensure you understand your macros and find the correct adjustment.
