Maurice has been competing in sprint hurdles since the age of 11 and consistently achieved success, including a number of championships and medals over the years. He is a REPS Level 3 qualified personal trainer working primarily at Fitness First in Harringay, North London (no need to be a Fitness First member to train with him). Maurice is passionate about fitness and is able to help clients achie

ve a variety of goals, whether that's muscle gain, weight loss or overall increased fitness. He will spend time with you discussing your goals and analyse your current health and fitness using a range of metrics:

* body fat percentage,
* cardiovascular fitness level
* lean muscle mass
* muscular strength and endurance level
* core strength standard
* BioScore (exclusive to Fitness First members)
