BARREtique BARREtique is Hampstead’s most established Barre studio – offering challenging classes that strengthen, elongate and tone in a friendly environment.

BARREtique is an exercise method based on Lotte Berk, pilates, ballet, and yoga. It involves strength training with light weights, substantial abdominal engagement to strengthen the core, work at the ballet barre to tone legs and gluteals, and precise stretching to elongate muscles after they have been worked. BARREtique provides challenging classes in a welcoming, fun atmosphere that is non-competitive and allows students to work at a safe level that produces results.

You amazing women build each other up, celebrate successes, share the burden of life’s struggles - all while pliéing, planking, grimacing and laughing side by side at our barre each morning.

This may only be a niche barre business in Hampstead, but it is undoubtedly the best…because of the women who have made it so!

As far as resolutions go…start as you mean to go on!! 💪 Prioritise yourself. 🌟 Be energised by the smiles, laughter and community of our classes. 😁 If you are a regular at our barre, you know that fitness and strength aren’t just January fads, but something you’ll stick with throughout the year. Join us at the barre this week for BARREtique’s annual WEEK OF GRATITUDE! All class fees and you additional generous donations go directly to the Child’s Hill Food Bank.

You give yourself an hour workout at our barre, we give your class fees to help those who need it most. Giving has never felt so good.

Spaces still in class on Wednesday and Friday at 8.30 & 9.45. Thursday Zoom at 8.45, Sunday Zoom at 10. DM to reserve a spot.
