Adversely, didn’t feel great with discomfort in gluteal and knee.
My question still stand! ‘Am in running 2021?’

My first Richmond RUNFEST] half marathon in 22 months

Struggling with last 5 km to go. So glad I could finish it

My recent injuries have interrupted my training for with only 3 weeks to go

Today I used the race totest my knee as well as checking my fitness level. Knee held up by my fitness level is definitely not where I should be eight now

Question is should I compete London or defer to 2022?

Need some time to think about this!

So glad the weather was amazing today!!
Productive yet relaxed!
1. Homemade breakfast and lunch
2. Groceries shopping done
3. Washing done
4. Dishwashing done (by dishwasher)
5. 2k swim done
6. Sunbaking 3.5 hrs done
7. Visited a lovely park done
8. Homemade Dinner done
9. eaten
