This session offers a safe, non-verbal and substance-free space to move, shift and reconnect. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement journey designed to take you out of the thinking mind and into the intelligence of your body. Through breath, rhythm, and intuitive flow, you’ll be guided to shift stagnant energy and explore emotional expression without judgment, choreography, or the need to speak.

🪩This is a sonic journey, a carefully curated wave of sound moving through world music: tribal beats, deep basslines, organic rhythms, and euphoric melodies. ❤️A note from our founder this Valentine’s Day ❤️

My husband Terry was born on Valentine’s Day.

For 33 years we’ve celebrated love and his birthday on the same day.

This year looks very different.

Last week he had a major stroke. He is in hospital. Everything changed.

When you’ve loved someone for 33 years, it isn’t about romance, although that’s still there. It isn’t about what you get. It’s about what you give. It’s about the commitment you made a long time ago, a commitment that helps you both grow every single day.

I am missing the simple daily routines we did together. The wordless company we shared. The great conversations. The laughs. The silly things that I would get irritated by now seem to be the most lovable traits. I would give anything to experience them again exactly as they were.

Love isn’t a highlight reel of your best times. It’s a daily practice under all conditions. Loving someone is the reward in and of itself.

I am sharing this in the hope this might be a gentle reminder to find every second with anyone that you love to be the most precious second in the entire world. You don’t know how long you have with them. Treasure them.

Happy birthday Terry. A hundred or more friends around the world will be sending you their love and heartfelt wishes for full recovery. You are deeply loved. And you are integral and at the heart of our FG community.

And I am here with you every single step of the way. Loving you as fiercely as ever.

Set in our immersion Soul room with moving projections of living temples, elemental nature, mythic symbols and luminous deities.

Let your spirit roam while your body finds its beat. Shake off what needs to be released and let your spirit fly free.

We end with a downshift to deep calming stretches, hip and heart openers, spacious breath and complete relaxation.

Music will range from soundscapes into trance house and back again into relaxing soft.

Beastly but Beautiful

🔥 New Release: Beast A (& Beast B coming soon!) 🔥
At last… two dynamic, challenging yet accessible videos of our cult intermediate/advanced class: Fierce (a.k.a. Beast)

Michele founder and originator of the Fierce Grace Method teaches a new 90-minute Beast video on FGTV to a group of students, many of whom had never done Beast before. You’ll see how to approach the poses as a newcomer and watch the full progression from general level practitioner, through intermediate foundations into sage entry into some of yoga’s most famous advanced poses.

Beast was one of the original five classes Michele designed back in 2008-2013 while preparing to launch Fierce Grace. She saw a gap in the yoga world: an Advanced class that didn’t require students to leap into potentially unsafe levels of practice before they were ready.

✨ From that vision came FG2, to bridge the gap between Fierce Grace and intermediate postures, and then Beast - with three-stage pose instructions that connect the general level FG poses with the imtermediate level, and those to the Advanced poses, so everyone can find their perfect expression.
It’s never been easier, safer or more rewarding to move your practise into deeper levels, without fear of feeling out place, unsafe or unsupported.
