Boxing Shadows
(Already missing the sun ๐Ÿ˜ซ)

It looks easy when you're not getting hit. But let me tell you, shadow boxing is a great and fun way to get some cardio in.

Using only your body, it's a good non-weightbearing activity that anyone can do. All you need is to remember combinations with coordination, which does get harder the more tired you become.

If you want to give it a try, I teach shadow boxing on Wednesdays at 11.30am on my Zoom classes.

I have just discovered this amazing brand and I have to say, they really do keep to their slogan.

It's such a nice little treat to have when plain nut butter just isn't doing it for you.

Sweetened with coconut sugar, these 3 butters are so good. I've just tried them all and I'm still not sure which is my favourite. So I guess I will just have to keep on ordering all 3 ๐Ÿ‘Œ
