With Christmas approaching it's easy to give in to all the sweet stuff.
Whether it's mince pies, stollen, chocolate, or whatever your go to is (mine's the bounty๐), over induging through this period can be the biggest downfall to your health and fitness goals.
With all the sugar plus a more sedentary winter being snuggled up on the sofa, you'll soon feel sluggish, heavier and with brain fog.
