Last week we celebrated our Club President, Maggie Woolf, and her incredible 50 years in archery 🏹

We marked the occasion with a family and friends have-a-go and a themed fun shoot inspired by moments from Maggie’s archery career.

It was lovely to welcome so many guests to the club, and Maggie even treated us to a little demonstration on the line to prove she’s still got it 💪

We had a great time at the Middlesex County Short Metric League presentation match, hosted by our friends at Greenwood Osterley Archers.

It’s been a pretty successful season for Aquarius, with our teams finishing:

🥇 Recurve Team – 1st place on made score
🥇 Barebow Team – 1st place
🥇 Longbow Team – 1st place

On top of that, our Aquarians brought home seven individual senior medals and three individual junior medals! 🙌

A huge well done to everyone who shot for Aquarius throughout the season, and thank you to Greenwood Osterley Archers for hosting us and Middlesex County for another brilliant league.

We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next summer! 🎯

A bit of rain wasn’t going to stop us! ☔ We had a brilliant day at our Club Championships and a lovely way to round off the outdoor season together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and braved the weather, and especially to all our volunteers who kept the shoot running smoothly and manned the BBQ! 🌭🙌

Results will be posted soon 🙌

Another brilliant result for Aquarius in our latest Short Metric League match, this time away against Pinner Archers! 🎯

We took the win in Recurve on both made score and handicap, as well as another win on made score for our Barebow team 🙌

Thank you to Pinner Archers for hosting us and for a great day of shooting!

We had another great Short Metric League match earlier this month, this time welcoming Bowmen of Harrow back to Aquarius!

We took the win on made score in both the Recurve and Barebow matches 🙌

It was a hot one, but a fab day of shooting, and it was lovely to see so many Harrow archers make the trip over to join us 💖

A big thank you to everyone who shot, and to Bowmen of Harrow for a great match. Always a pleasure having you at Aquarius! ☀️🏹
