Restart a Heart Day ❤️

What would you do if someone suddenly collapsed and stopped breathing?

Knowing how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator could help save a life. That’s why this Restart a Heart Day, we’re supporting the campaign to help more people feel confident learning these potentially lifesaving skills.

As a leisure community, we’re proud to play our part in raising awareness and helping people understand that you don’t have to be a medical professional to make a difference.

Take a few minutes to learn the basics. You never know when you might need them.
