We’re days away from our migration to our new booking platform and with that change we’re updating how we can make the best use of the waitlist.

Actually there are two ways we can do this, and we thought who better to decide than you!

1 - Double Opt In
When a spot in the class becomes available, the first person on the waitlist receives an SMS to confirm their spot. The empty spot is reserved for one hour. Customers can see their position on the waitlist. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

2- Fastest fingers first
When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist. The first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class. The waitlist order doesn’t matter, and customers will not see their position. After the waitlist cut-off time, no customers will be contacted automatically. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.

We’re launching our on-demand platform when we migrate to our new booking platform, Momence, in June.

Expect Barre, Stretch, Strength, Mat and some specialist sessions brought to you by our team and a few new faces.

You’ll notice we’ve started to introduce our new logo too. Big shout out to for such a patient, dedicated and thoughtful process! Much like the name of the studio itself, it’s down to personal interpretation.

Join Chloe and Victoria as we take a in-depth look at ten more movements within the STOTT advanced repertoire.

Workshop 1

• Kneeling Arm Work with Rotation

Expect a full breakdown and demonstration of each movement exploring key details, transitions and teaching points in a clear and practical way.

We’ll offer you guided cueing, hands-on adjustments, and spring exploration.

Delivered across two sessions with two of our senior instructors, these workshops will offer the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the advanced repertoire, build confidence, and refine your practice in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This Sunday 10th May, 6:30pm

Join Lucy and Sound bath practitioner Jordan for a movement and sound experience that begins with a whole body Stretch and Release Reformer class designed to lengthen, strengthen and awaken the body. Expect mindful movement, deep stretches, and flowing sequences to create space in both body and mind.

We’ll then transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, where soothing frequencies and healing vibrations will guide you into complete relaxation. This is your invitation to release stagnant energy and reset your nervous system.
