We’re days away from our migration to our new booking platform and with that change we’re updating how we can make the best use of the waitlist.
Actually there are two ways we can do this, and we thought who better to decide than you!
1 - Double Opt In
When a spot in the class becomes available, the first person on the waitlist receives an SMS to confirm their spot. The empty spot is reserved for one hour. Customers can see their position on the waitlist. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.
2- Fastest fingers first
When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist. The first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class. The waitlist order doesn’t matter, and customers will not see their position. After the waitlist cut-off time, no customers will be contacted automatically. Customers without a phone number on file will be contacted via email.
