Ka-Pow! is a men's Ultimate team based in London, England looking to compete at things and sports at others. Yay SPORTS!

Ultimate are a team going from strength to strength and are always looking to improve. Our squad members will be expected to push themselves to be the best which will then in turn push their team mates to be the best. Ultimate annual finishing positions:
2012 (Inaugural) Season: Tour Ranking 9th / UKUNationals Finish 9th
2013 Season: Tour Ranking 6th / UKUNationals Finish 6th (Spirit Award winners

) / eXtended European Ultimate Club Finals Finish 17th (Spirit Award winners)
2014: Tour Ranking 11th / UKUNationals Finish 8th

2015 Season Aims: Improve our Tour Ranking and UKUNationals Finishing positions / Return to EUCF / continue to improve our abilities and spiritedness as individuals and as a team

Don’t look back in Angers 🇫🇷🥖🇫🇷

14 hardy Ka-pow lads ventured into the depths of France to Angers for EUCS Spring tour.

Some good weather and a little bit of wind made the weekend all the more enjoyable.

A massive thank you to Captain and Chief Hydration Officer (CHO) for leading the line!

A massive thank you to for being an absolute legend and organising everything, every year!

*Announcement*
We are excited to announce that Justin Lim will be helping to lead our physical performance and injury management for the 2026 season!

Justin is a specialised Chartered Physiotherapist and S&C Coach with a Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy. His clinical background spans elite football settings, primary care, and leading service transformation projects within a central London hospital with a few publications.

Justin will be spearheading our 2026 Physical Testing, providing every member with objective data across field and gym-based metrics.

He currently works with a large number of ultimate players from many elite level teams! We hope he can take us from strength to strength! 💪💪
