📸✨ Yesterday, we had the incredible opportunity to host The Little Gym Europe’s annual photoshoot right here at The Little Gym Hampstead!

Our gym was filled with smiles, laughter, confidence, big skills and plenty of behind-the-scenes fun. 🤸
We loved welcoming the team and seeing our gym transformed into a professional photo studio for the day.

A huge thank you to our wonderful members and families who took part. Your energy, enthusiasm and amazing smiles made the day so special, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 💙

✨ That’s a wrap on an unforgettable Season ✨

We had the BEST time celebrating our incredible gymnasts with an awesome 80s-themed week! 🕺🎉 From retro tunes to amazing routines, it was so special to celebrate everything our children have achieved this season.

A huge thank you to all of our families for joining us in the gym. We loved seeing parents cheering, clapping, and sharing in their children’s proud moments. 💙

A handstand isn’t just a skill, it’s a foundation.

Before a child can perform a front walkover or handspring, they need the strength, body awareness, balance, coordination, and confidence that come from mastering the basics.

Each stage challenges a different aspect of physical development, helping children build the skills needed for more advanced gymnastics while developing movement patterns that support all sports and activities.

🌟 June Focus: Locomotor Skills 🌟

This month, our gymnasts are developing one of the most important foundations of movement: locomotor skills! 💫

From rolling and crawling in our tinies classes, to running, climbing, jumping, skipping and more! These skills help build balance, coordination, body awareness, confidence, and independence.

By strengthening locomotor skills at every stage, we’re helping children create a strong foundation for lifelong physical activity, learning and play. 🤸‍♀️✨
