Today’s workout is a delicious mobility session 🙌🏼 Using the MiniBall, you’ll mobilise your entire body - hips, shoulders and spine 💪🏼 No MiniBall? Just use a small cushion instead ☺️

🖤 Do each move for 1 minute on each side
🖤 Focus on quality, not quantity
🖤 Everything should feel good and nothing should feel painful. If something doesn’t feel right, then go to the next move
