London Bike Polo 💀 We ride bikes to add life to our days 🍻Games are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday in SE1 & Wednesday in We welcome everyone with open arms!

Beginners' Sessions are held every Thursday, starting at 7:30pm in Newington Gardens, SE1. We encourage, support and develop participation in the sport of hardcourt bicycle polo in London. Anyone can play bike polo no matter their age, s*x or background. London Bike Polo will give you mallets and bikes to use so don't worry about bringing anything with you. We play:

Tuesday: Regular throwins (cas

ual games) at Newington Gardens, Harper Rd, SE1
Wednesday: Regular throwins at Mitchison Baxter Courts, off Ess*x Rd, N1
Thursday: Regular beginners throwins at Newington Gardens, Harper Rd, SE1
Sunday: Agnes Riley Gardens, Atkins Rd, London SW12 0AH, South London


How to play:

The basic ruleset

Teams are made up of 3 players. To score you have to use the end of your mallet (hitting with the side is called a shuffle). Don’t put your foot down (if you do, you must tap out at the side of the court). Any contact must be ‘like to like’ (mallet to mallet, bike to bike, body to body). First to five points wins (or whoever has the most goals when the time runs out). All press and other enquiries please message us here or instagram.
