Phoenix Kyokushin Karate

Phoenix Kyokushin Karate We are a local karate club affiliated with the (IKKU) Independent Kyokushin Karate Union. Currently we offer two mixed lesson Juniors/Seniors which are split.

We pride ourselves in hard training in our relaxed and enjoyable training atmosphere. We train on Friday evenings 07.00pm until 08.30pm and on Sunday mornings 11.00am until 12.30pm at the Phoenix Centre in Wallington. Junior minimum age is 6 years of age.. First lesson is free. We offer traditional Kyokushin training methods together with fitness and bag work. Our instructors have many years exper

ience and ensure everyone gets attention and enjoyment out of the sessions. The lessons offer more than just fitness and self defence, with time it prepares individuals to face situations in everyday life, work/school dealing with people in a correct manner harmoniously to resolve issues.
