I keep things realistic but achievable. I’m here to educate you on balance between being active, keeping healthy and still enjoying a pint of beer or glass of wine! Health and Fitness has been a big part of my life ever since I can remember. From the start of school all the way to adult life, I have been very motivated by sport and exercise. This has allowed me to have a broad knowledge of differe

nt exercises, distinct training systems and variation in training styles to help you achieve your goals that you desire! I love helping people increase their 'everyday' strength and stamina. This means looking at real life scenarios that my client will find themselves in and how to improve their fitness levels through functional training. Technique is really important to me, so don’t worry I will make sure you have that crossed and dotted before throwing you in the deep end! Regardless of your age or fitness level and whether you are planning to increase your muscle mass, muscular endurance, strength and power OR decrease your body fat and weight loss I can provide you with the correct training programmes to specifically meet your own personal goals through safe, fun and exciting training sessions. I am a firm believer that you should always enjoy the exercises and training you are doing otherwise you will lose all enthusiasm to succeed. The Open ‘26

This isn’t a “Ooo look how amazing I am” flex, because firstly there’s many more people who’ve achieved more than me… and secondly in my opinion there’s still more work to be done… ⏳

But rather a post to prove that progress is real!!
A reflection that showing up everyday, staying consistent and putting in hours of hard work, does pay off 📈

I’m definitely content with where I am sitting… but here’s to the next stage of progress 🤝🏻

Final Day

Day 3 of The Marbella Championship
Final Event 🪨🪱

Just a lot of weight…. A lot of graft… and a lot of sweat!

Pick it up…. Put it down… simple at that!
Had my name all over it 👌🏼

Three things from this workout:
1. I love to pick heavy s**t up 💪🏼
2. Lunges with a worm suck 🖕🏼
3. I will always find the energy to dance 💃🏻

Horsham Heatwave

Day 1
Event 1 and 2 coming in strong 💪🏼

Big big team performance in both events.. just shows that teamwork, consistency and hard work really does pay off 😮‍💨

Three things:
1. You can always find time mid workout to dance 💃🏻
2. Disclaimer- I would secretly love to do this workout again 🤫
3. Prepare for some more Marbs spamming to come 😂 (not even sorry)
