You want to know what hard work looks like.

We decided to bottle it.

After hundreds of deadlifts, squats, sled pushes, push ups, lunges, and HYROX sessions, this is what’s left behind on the gym floor.

A rich blend of consistency, effort, determination… and whatever came off everyone’s trainers.

We’re considering launching it as our newest recovery drink, but early testing suggests it tastes exactly how it looks.

Jokes aside, this is just part of running a gym. The floor sees every rep, every drop of sweat, every early morning session, and every late-night workout. Keeping the place clean is all part of creating an environment where people can come in and put in the work.

So if you’ve ever wondered where all your hard work goes…

It ends up in down the drain.

Bittersweet farewell to Cullen, one of our originals and a true Endeavour ambassador!

When he joined over a year ago, Cullen traded the classic ‘bro split’ for true strength and conditioning, transforming into a formidable athlete. We gave him the direction; he brought the relentless work ethic.

During his time, he’s run half marathons, marathons, competed in the Winter & Summer 2025 Turf Games and crushed his first-ever HYROX in December!

As Cullen heads home to NZ, we wish him the best in finding that same sense of community, accountability, and motivation that Endeavour gave him. This isn’t goodbye, it’s catch ya later cuz!

Proof that the Scale Doesn’t Matter!

When Darla first joined us 6 months ago, she was gearing up for some HUGE challenges!
We’re talking multiple 10km races, a 50km charity run,
and climbing to Everest Base Camp! She knew she needed strength to crush them.

Like so many women starting out, her main focus was on the number on the weighing scale…

We shifted her focus from body weight, to building lean muscle mass and improving physical performance as these were what were going to support her training and enable her to take on all her challenges.

While the number on the scale might not have changed much, her body COMPLETELY changed!

She’s seen significant increases in; Body composition, Strength, Speed, Power and Endurance.

She didn’t just complete her goals; she SMASHED them and is now signed up for two more half marathons this year.

But the real win? How much better she feels every single day. She’s got improved energy levels, more balanced hormones, an incredible boost in confidence, and she’s getting tons of compliments from friends and family.

And that’s what we really want to highlight from Darla’s story. Strong is the new skinny!
