Matador FC Matador FC is a soccer club in the Los Angeles Premier League. MATADOR FUTBOL CLUB was founded in Santa Monica in 2001.

The team was started in 2001 by employees of Towers Perrin, a global professional services firm, and went by the name of TP UNITED until 2006 when it found new sponsors in the companies @ RADICAL media and BALLA POWDER, and made the transition to MATADOR FC. The squad

began in the Los Angeles Municipal Soccer League's "First" division, advanced to the "Minor/Major", "Metro", and ultimately spent two seasons in the "Super Metro" division before coming to the LAPL in 2004. In 2012 MATADOR FC proudly announced their new sponsor Brittania Pub in Santa Monica, CA. (www.britanniapub.com)
