20km walk for my forever friend ..

Tomorrow, I'll be walking 20km in support of the MS Society UK, raising awareness for Multiple Sclerosis. My lifelong mate, Richard Stewart, who bravely lives with MS, will be walking with me. We’re stepping out to make a real difference for those affected. Any support, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance ☺️🥰🙏🏻

I can’t quite believe it’s been 10 years of teaching spin classes across London and Saudi. The most rewarding part is keeping clients happy and seeing their fitness progress. Today was another packed class – thank you all for your continued support 🥰🤩🥳🚴😀😘🙏🏻

Today was an incredible journey as we tackled a half marathon together after many years. Huge applause to , the true champ, .josie, claiming 2nd, and me, surprising myself with 3rd place sans training. The power of perseverance united us, making this race truly remarkable. Good job, ladies!
