Almost the end of a productive year! I want to thank everyone for their ongoing support!
With the increasing pressures on our health system and the impact it’s having on people’s mental and physical well-being, it’s more important than ever we keep as fit and healthy going into the New Year.
I am determined to help as many people as possible going into 2023. If that’s losing a little bit of weight to increasing your fitness or strength levels for work or everyday life, I will be there to help!
There are a variety of services available including 1-2-1 personal training, health screening and lifestyle packages, fitness plans, general fitness and lifestyle advice. We operate a Google chat service for anyone who has a query or simply wants to chat.
I am taking on new clients starting January for anyone who is serious about making a change to their lifestyle or has some health and fitness goals they need help with.
