We always have a choice where to direct our energy.

And for sure, sometimes it’s really hard to move it away from something that has such a strong pull.

But when we use all of our body (mind, body, sxx) it becomes a lot easier to take control and use our life-force for the things we want to use it for.

Laura and celebrated 10 years being together / 4 years married this week!

I’ve spent pretty much a quarter of my life with this person.

I feel so blessed. So fortunate. So excited.

I’ve changed a lot. We’ve changed a lot.

And the big question still remains present at the forefront of us moving forward,

“How are we growing together?”

I know what ever does happen in our future we will be able to navigate it together with love, passion, honesty and laughs (probably some tears as well) 😊
