5-a-side football coaching sessions with lots of running, dribbling, passing, shooting, stretching etc.

Here is a YouTube video breaking down our football coaching sessions' arrival activity, where our members go through 15 cone dribbling drills in a view to improve their ball control and agility. We then have a few passing drills as well as group activities where they can go over basic attacking/defending strategies.

We also organise live training sessions focusing on various ball mastery moves. We use Zoom and we send the link of the meeting on a dedicated Whatsapp group (send us a msg/email if you want to join it), you just need a football and a tripod (if you want to use your phone, otherwise use a laptop with Whatsapp web just so that you can click on the link I send on the Whatsapp group from your laptop) if you want to take part in the sessions. Don't worry about the space, 2mx2m or even 1.5mv1.5m should be more than enough.

SHOOTING WORKSHOP!!

Our coaching sessions last 1h30, 1h for individual/pair/group activities followed by games of 30 min.

This video shows our arrival activity where players have to go through a sequence of cones dribbling drills starting with the inside right/inside left of both feet, then the inside/outside of the strong foot etc.

Here is a video breaking down the FREE live football training sessions (futsal kind of skills, but also warm up/stretching routines) that we run every single day of the week since the beginning of lockdown. Our aim is to cater for all and be as inclusive as possible, this is why we chose rather basic moves and shot this video in a living room and not a garden, as not everyone has access to an outdoor space unfortunately.

It's definitely not a nice thing to be stuck at home, especially if you don't know for how long. So let's look after our mental health together, and don't hesitate to join our online training sessions one of these days :)
