In partnership with Lewisham Council, Lewisham Shopping Centre and Maroon Fitness, we are delighted to announce that we will be running free taster aerobics classes in Lewisham Shopping Centre, for 6 weeks.

The classes will be taking place in the old FootAsylum next to Starbucks Coffee in Central Square. We’ll be offering a variety of classes to suit all abilities.Monday Boxercise class at 6:30pm (starting Monday 25th April)

Friday Yoga at 12:30pm (starting Friday 22nd April)

Saturday HIIT class at 12:00pm (starting Saturday 23rd April

With more classes coming soon!
