We are all still buzzing from the most incredible weekend of strength, grit and determination, and the warm, fuzzy feelings of being involved in something so special.

From people smashing PBs and making debuts in the sport of Strongman/Strongwoman to seeing competitors cheer for each other's wins - this is truly what the sport is about. Coming together and witnessing an energy so loud, positive and wholesome.

Huge thanks have to go firstly to (and Hanna) for planning, organising and executing the weekend seamlessly.

Thanks also to the powerful team of judges, spotters, loaders, timers and supporters who made everything run smoothly and with the energy it deserves.

As of Monday our indoor group classes are back ON!!!

On Monday we'll be running Calisthenics, Furnace (Gas Tank) and Judo!

Come join us for some more of our epic sessions, ALL of the positive energy, and sessions to ignite the fire in your soul!

As we wind down to start our Christmas break, we want to thank our community from the bottom of our hearts for the continued support you've shown us this year.

At a time where everything was flipped on its head and our constants became a little more shakey, you guys made it possible for us to continue providing you with the service we want to give you all...just not quite in the format we'd have liked.

After all this, we now truly understand that we are all stronger together, and we sincerely hope that you stay safe and healthy, and know that you are loved - especially if you can't be with your loved ones this Christmas.

We'll be back, still providing outdoor 1 to 1 training and online classes for the entire time we're unable to operate from our beloved Commando Temple.

Over the course of this last weekend, a huge number of our community members have joined us in adding to the distance and elevation covered in support of and .

We've added together everyone's efforts so far...
