Summer holidays is a good time to try my ladies only class - it’s a bit less busy so you get the chance to see what’s it all about, meet the regulars and have me standing next to you yelling at you to keep your hands up every 2mins. What more can you ask for? 🤩

Hosted StrongStyle’s first ever self defence class on Sunday! It was run by the fantastic Sal with Christina and Lisa assisting.

Sal ran through what he was going to show us, and then we spent the rest of the 90mins on our feet learning practical drills for releases, a strong frame and a sturdy base.

The feedback for the session was hugely positive and we’ve come away with ideas for future sessions. Will definitely look at putting more on so ladies, if it’s something you’d be interested in, then do get in touch.

34 degrees. Sun-beds and cocktails not included (sadly). The men sweated and the women perspired, gently. The last bit was a lie. It was gross, but we all worked hard and left the gym happier than when we arrived 😅
