Gut Feeling and Fine Food
Join Natalie Shanahn, Dr Helena Nundy and Tony Rodd for a fascinating insight into the microbiome, it’s implications on mental health and how we can optimise it through delicious food. Live on Zoom, £30, 10th April 11am. This 1 hour workshop will include an information booklet summarising and simplifying all the latest research in an easy to understand format. Tony Rodd, master chef runner up and owner of Copper and Ink, will demonstrate how we can make delicious probiotic food via fermentation.
