Our CIMSPA recognised programmes have been created to provide you with the knowledge and skills to take your career to the highest level. Strength and Conditioning Education was founded by Brendan Chaplin in 2010. The company hosted its first event and noticed a large interest in the field of Strength and Conditioning, but little educational resources. This highlighted the need for quality learnin

g and tutoring to help fitness professionals achieve the highest level of performance coaching. The company now provides high level recognised qualifications from Level 4 Strength and Conditioning to Coaching for Youths. Students can also access an educational video centre and video series. Since 2010, Strength and Conditioning have been dedicated to helping ambitious students achieve the best results through rapid learning, to ensure they can reach their potential in a reasonable time. Many of our students enrol onto the Level 4 Flexi or Mentorship pathway with this insightful session in mind - giving them the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in a guided, hands-on practical environment.

Our Level 4 Total Online students also often choose to upgrade and include the workshop as part of their learning journey, adding significant value to their understanding and confidence as developing S&C coaches.
