While everyone burns calories differently and at a different pace, boxing is one of the most effective ways to lose weight, FAST πŸ’¨
From jump roping to sparring and everything in between, boxing keeps your heart pumping (in a good way) from start to finish.
Of course, the harder you work, the more you burn, and the faster you get in shape.
Practicing boxing in a group is most effective because it's tougher to push yourself to the limit when you train alone. A class environment will get you better results every time πŸ’―
So, what do 800 calories represent? A slice of cheese pizza, a piece of chocolate cake, and two scoops of ice cream! Ok, that’s not an ideal meal if you want to stay fit, but you get the point πŸ˜‰
