🌟 Elite Pathway for London & SE: Join a professional rugby environment pushing your development 🏉

29/10/2026

It started with mini rugby at Bletchley Rugby Club

From U14, Saul moved through Leighton Buzzard Rugby Club into colts, captaining the side at U15 and U16.

Alongside that, he was part of the Northampton Saints DPP from U14 to U16, played school rugby at Vandyke Upper School, and spent his U16 season with us at ERA Milton Keynes.

“Saul has brought a brilliant work ethic and an attitude that lifts the people around him. He puts the work in, never hides from the physicality, and it’s been a pleasure to have him on the pathway.” – Nash Cohen, Programme Director, ERA

Now Saul has taken the next step. He has moved on to Moulton College, where he is in the Development Squad.

Congratulations, Saul. Enjoy the next chapter. 🔥

went there.

Henry Pollock’s Instagram?

“Not that good.”

But her point was bigger.

Rugby notices the players who are unafraid. The ones who are unapologetically themselves.

And that debate isn’t going away.

Do we want more personality in the game, or are we still asking players to keep it tidy?

Comment your take.

THE NEXT STEP. 🔴⚪
Huge congratulations to Finlay on earning his place at Hartpury College 👏

From Sutton & Epsom RFC and Glyn School, through the Harlequins Academy and ERA, Finlay has built his pathway one step at a time.

“Without the support from ERA we wouldn’t have known about the ACE league and all the opportunities out there.” – Finlay’s dad

That’s what ERA is about: connecting players to the right pathway and helping them reach elite rugby.

Next stop: Hartpury. Go well, Finlay 💪
